I don't just see the world anymore. I feel it. Every room I enter speaks without words. Every emotion finds it's way into me. Like I have no skin, only open space. I pick up what others try to hide. Sorrow that isn't mine. Joy that isn't mine. Fear that suddenly lives in my chest.
Being conscious sometimes feels like too much in one body. And something so beautiful can feel so heavy at the same time. There is no rest for the awake - only learning how to carry it without closing my heart.
